WP Accessibility Helper Terms and conditions

WAH = WP Accessibility Helper free and pro plugin versions.

WAH does not in any way give you a 100% guarantee, that your website or web application will be accessible at any level (A, AA, or AAA). Our plugin provides basic and more advanced tools to make your website more accessible and user-friendly.

You must understand that the quality of your site depends on the code written by the programmer. WAH can not fix ‘bad code’, we only can provide our tools for our users, according to W3C Accessibility requirements (you can find more info here).

For full site accessibility, you should contact an accessibility specialist in your region.

1. Licensing

All products are licensed under the GNU General public license (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html) version 2.0 or later. After payment, you will get our PRO version as is.

2. Updates

Automatic updates are available to customers who have purchased a license.

Updates are provided for customers with a valid subscription only and do not require any recurring payments.

For WAH PRO, automatic updates are limited to the number of installs specified on the Pricing page.

3. Warranty

All products are guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress. We do not guarantee our products will function with all 3rd party products or with all web browsers. We are not responsible for any compatibility conflicts that may occur. It is our policy to support our plugins as best we can and we will provide support for 3rd party conflicts at our discretion or as time allows. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur as a result of installing our products.

4. Delivery

After we have successfully processed your payment, you will receive an email with a confirmation of the order, a link to your invoice, and a link to download your items & licenses. This may take up to 1 hour to arrive but usually happens within minutes of placing the order. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us.

5. Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our products.
All products are the property of Alexander Volkov. They are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use our products.

6. Refund Policy

As we are offering non-tangible digital goods, we do not generally issue refunds after the purchase has been made.

7. Support

We offer free support via https://accessibility-helper.co.il/support/ to our paid customers only. Purchasing a product does not gain you priority over other users and all tickets are given equal attention. Support is offered in one of two ways:

1. Ticket – an email-based conversation that can be tracked from your store account online or via email reply (for paid plugin version only)
2. Forum – online community forum – (for free plugin version only)

We suggest first searching the forum for any existing relevant tickets before contacting our ticket support team.

Although we are here to help educate, fix and provide solutions for WAH PRO related problems, support will not be given to questions relating to general PHP functionality or those that feature aggressive tones.

8. Email

WAH PRO Team may occasionally send you emails related to the purchase of products from our company. We may also send you occasional email newsletters relating to updates, promotions, and the like. We will never sell or release your email to any third-party vendors. You may opt-out of these emails at any time.

9. Site Content

All site content, including imagery and documentation that is published on accessibility-helper.co.il is the property of WAH PRO. Any replicated site content must be authorized in advance. Content from this site shall not be used or exploited for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the prior written consent of WAH PRO.
