Site administrator can create chat subject and relate them to specific users. Setup email notification each time the new chatter submitted by customer.
You can put %%manager%% tag inside the email body to display manager name.
Site administrator can open “public” chat for everyone. Login before start chatting is required.
Managers can see all opened issues in the dashboard, issue that opened more than 3 hours ago highlighted with red color.
