#3 Managers dashboard
Site administrator can create chat subject and relate them to specific users. Setup email notification each time the new chatter submitted by customer.
#4 Email notifications to managers
You can put %%manager%% tag inside the email body to display manager name.
#5 Public chat
Site administrator can open “public” chat for everyone. Login before start chatting is required.
#6 Manager front view
Managers can see all opened issues in the dashboard, issue that opened more than 3 hours ago highlighted with red color.
#7 License key activation
Please submit and activate your license only on the live (production) server only.
